Frank Maniscalco, Esq. - Prior to becoming the sole practioner behind Advocate Mercantile, LLC, Frank founded the boutique law-firm, Puritan Faust, LLC, served as assistant general counsel and manager of market strategy for Frictionless Commerce Incorporated, corporate counsel and international market-entry manager for Genuity International, Inc. and worked in the office of the general counsel for BBN Corporation and GTE Internetworking. Frank has been admitted to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar and District of Columbia Bar and has over 12 years of academic and practical experience in several aspects of technology, business and commercial law. He has earned a M.B.A from Boston College, a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, a certificate in international and comparative law from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.B.A. in technical management with a minor in abstract mathematics from Western New England College. During law school, Frank assisted in the research of the text International Law for Undergraduates and worked for Philips Electronics North America Corp. as a legal clerk and later serving as in-house counsel.
